WTF Y2J?

In a month tainted by horrible decision making (The Christian Bale recording and Chris Brown allegedly going Ike Turner on Rihanna), more news  of celebrity-stupidity has surfaced. This time of wrestling “star” Chris Jericho. In the video, Y2J is seen leaving a parking lot, presumably after a match, when he’s confronted by an overwhelmingly large crowd of less than happy fans. Less than happy? I wonder why– no, I don’t. One fan in particular hits Jericho with a flurry of insults including, “You sucks balls, Jericho!” and “You’re an insult to Canadians, you motherfucker!” thus getting the cooky-haired wrestler’s undivided attention and setting the tone for an obligatory stare-off. The rest you can see for yourself below…

Now if you’re like me, you questioned whether or not it was actually a woman he sent to the deck and not some long haired Nancy-boy. The video was a bit out of control, especially towards the end. But if you listen closely at about 45 seconds in, you can hear an onlooker utter the words, “he hit a girl.” If that’s the case and he did in fact hit a woman, though she might have shoved him and spat in his face (which in itself is assault) Chris Jericho was still way out of line reacting the way he did. He obviously hasn’t seen The Wrestler(*****). When more news is brought– ah hell, who am I kidding? I stopped giving a shit about this story the very second I wrote “WTF Y2J.”
